Return Policy

Though we offer flexible sizing, we understand that sometimes garments don't work out. Here's how returns work at Labalaba.

Who can return

• Local orders (within Nigeria): eligible for return within 7 working days of delivery.
• International orders: at the moment, we are not accepting returns on international orders.

Store credit

All approved returns receive full store credit for the value of the returned item(s). We do not issue cash refunds.

Condition of items

To be considered for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging:

• unused and unworn
• free of odours, makeup, deodorant or other stains and streaks
• with all original tags and packaging attached

Items that don't meet these conditions will be sent back to you and won't be eligible for credit.

How to start a return

Email returns@labalaba.shop within 7 working days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll reply with next steps.
